Weil-Felix test

The Weil-Felix test is a heterophile agglutination test used to diagnose rickettsial infections. It detects antibodies against certain proteus species (OX2, OX19, OXK) that cross-react with rickettsia antigens.

Scrub typhus
(Orientia tsutsugamushi)
