Asymmetrical enlargement of the uterus (due to lateral implantation)

Softening of the cervix due to increased vascularization and edema.

Vaginal sign

Bluish discoloration of the cervix, vagina, and vulva due to increased vascularity.

Vaginal sign

Increased pulsation felt in the lateral vaginal fornices due to increased blood flow to the uterus.
