Bursitis is the inflammation of a bursa, a small, fluid-filled sac that acts as a cushion between bones, tendons, joints, and muscles.
Cause-
1. Repetitive motions
2. Positions that put pressure on the bursae, such as kneeling, leaning on elbows, or extensive throwing.
3. Trauma or injury to the affected area.

Symptoms-
1. Pain in the affected area, especially during movement
2. Swelling
3. Limited range of motion in the affected joint.
4. Tenderness around the affected area.
Treatment-
1. Resting the affected joint
2. Applying ice to reduce swelling.
3. NSAID (to reduce inflammation)
4. In severe cases, drainage of the bursa or surgical intervention may be required.
